Call InnovaWood Prize 2012 is open

The InnovaWood Prize provides recognition to an excellent European Forest-Wood-Furniture Chain Innovation and Technology Transfer project and is awarded to an organization or a project consortium. The winners is awarded a one year Special Service Package membership!
Prolonged subimission period: deadline 1st February 2012.

Successful Early Stage Researchers Forum 2011

 The COST-FTP Early-Stage Researchers’ Forum was organised on 26th September 2011 on the initiative of InnovaWood (wood technology) and the other research organisations EFPRO (pulp and paper research) and EFI (forestry), in conjunction with the FTP Conference, under the Polish Presidency of the EU.

InnovaWood Special Service Package provides tailor-made support actions for InnovaWood members within their individual European activities

The InnovaWood Special Service Package provides a fixed package of specific individual and personalised services that gives the InnovaWood members the opportunity to increase their European activities and exposure in a more effective and cost-efficient way. It includes:
  • Full membership of the InnovaWood network
  • Exclusive use of the InnovaWood Secretary’s time
  • Reduced participation fee at IW events
  • Use of the InnovaWood meeting room in Brussels
  • Attendance at an exclusive event in Brussels

The InnovaWood Research Database (Xyloreach project) was initiated with the support of the EU. Its objective is to make the results of European Research and Technology Development more accessible to the forest and wood based industries, and to develop an IT tool (website) on European RTD results in a multi-lingual electronic database.
